charmed by the little details
rooftop pool cozy mood comfortable sunbeds stylish umbrellas
i found the rooftop pool very enjoyable, it provided a beautiful view. the evening lighting created a cozy mood, with live music that was a lovely touch. the beach area had comfortable sunbeds and stylish umbrellas. i appreciated that the room windows could be fully closed, keeping the room cool for sleeping.
the pools closed at 7pm, a bit of a surprise since i did not see clear information about that beforehand.

the family room was very spacious. it was also kept very clean (which i always appreciate). the bathroom included a rainfall shower.

The breakfast service impressed me. The staff were helpful and hardworking. the restaurant team proved quite friendly, always ready to accommodate requests. i found the bar staff to be particularly attentive and cute.

lovely staff sea view poor customer service thin pillow
the staff seemed lovely. i appreciated how clean the bedding and towels were and i enjoyed having a sea view. the parking was a bonus, it really made things easier.
Customer service was poor from the reception to the bar. the bed was not comfortable. It was two single beds put together, so there was a gap in the middle. the pillow was very thin

Great Beachfront Location!
cool room breakfast selection
The breakfast selection had very good options. I expected a coffee machine outside. It would allow guests to make coffee rather than ask for it. Blackout blinds kept my room cool, so I could rest well.
I found a lack of diverse food choices near the resort. There was only one restaurant within a twenty minute walk in one direction. Another restaurant was five minutes away, but it also had a limited selection.

mixed feelings about the stay
the rooftop pool was nice, offering a beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere.
The gym is a joke, it only has 2 treadmills and 1 exercise bike. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber and expected more options for a decent workout..

modern feeling rooftop restaurant convenient location
i found the house wonderfully bright. it was also clean and spacious with a modern feeling. the rooftop restaurant has an infinity pool. the sunset view is unbeatable. i conveniently visited pisa and lucca.
the beach requires extra payment for use, and it was very busy. it was august .
